relevancy of reservation

A room full of literature is already available on this topic .still there is latent agitation in upper & low cast people in context of their vested intrest.often our political leaders think that reservation is the lone remedy to downtroddens (idea of securing vote bank is implicit in politicians notion ).but 1 should think that since its inception reservation has not done the job for which it was presumed .the rich among the shedule casts & shedule tribes enjoy whole quota of reservation becauge the poor of these classes is hardly able to feed his family so availing reservations in iit,iim,ias & all other govt jobs is virtually impossible for him.ramvilas paswan owner of many petrolpumps in delhi only .besides he has crores of rupees to spare .from nowhere he seems to be downtrodden.the main question arising amid is this that why does he contest election from a reserved seat.he is not the single to blame .similarly the children of a class 1 officer also wants to avail reservation for all the posts .what a satire is this ,govt must take it under serious consideration that the fruits of reservation are not reaching to the poorest in these societies .there should be a serious provision to deprive those people from reservation who have already availed it .for example if an sc becomes a class 1 officer with assistance of reservation than his son 7 daughter should not be considered for the reserved category.such a reforms are the demand of hour .
